Last updated 8 September 2026. This notice explains what Fashion Mirror (operated by ALIANTICO LLC, London) collects and why. It is written to be read.

Your photographs

Photographs of you are stored on your device and sent to our rendering service only to create the looks you request. They are not used for analytics, not used to train models, not shared with brands or partners, and not sold. Garment photographs you choose to share with a friend are stored for 30 days so the link works; your own image is never part of a shared link.

Your measurements

Height, weight and body measurements are stored on your device and used to recommend a size. If you record whether a purchase was kept or returned, we store that outcome without your identity, with measurements rounded to two centimetres, to improve size advice for people of a similar shape.

Your account

If you sign in we hold your email address, your plan and your credit balance. We record product events (a try-on started, a look shared, a plan viewed) with an anonymous identifier so we can understand how Fashion Mirror is used and how people find it. You choose at sign-in whether these events may be used for analytics and whether we may contact you about new features; you can change either choice at any time.

Cookies on this website

thefashionmirror.com sets one first-party cookie, fm_vid, a random identifier that lets the mirror recognise the same visitor on this site and in the app, so that if you arrive from a friend's link or a campaign we can credit it correctly. If you arrive with campaign parameters in the address we keep them for thirty days in a second cookie, fm_acq. Your cookie choice is stored in fm_consent. There are no third-party cookies, no advertising pixels and no analytics scripts; if we add analytics later they will stay off until you allow them in the banner, and you can change your choice from "Cookie choices" in the footer at any time.

Forms on this website

When you join the list or send a form (contact, press, pilot request) we store what you typed together with the time and the page, and we email it to the team. We use it only to reply and, for the waiting list, to tell you when the mirror opens. Ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by writing to privacy@thefashionmirror.com. Deleting your account removes your photographs and looks; anonymous fit outcomes cannot be linked back to you and are retained.

Processors

Rendering is performed by AI infrastructure providers under contract; accounts and data are hosted in the European Union. We do not use fingerprinting or tracking across other websites.
